Categories: Jewish Pancake Yemeni Bread
Yield: 1 Servings

Mix millet flour and water to a rather soft dough. Let it ferment for a few days at room temperature. Cut it into round pieces with a cup, and fry them slowly in a little oil on a frying pan. Very low heat.

Millet flour should be available in health shops or indian grocery stores. Otherwise, Lachuch can be made with ordinary wheat flour as well. The method is the same.
